Carmel is passionate about helping people with Anxiety and Stress by creating a safe, comforting environment and holding space for people to relax. The PAUSE is the most important part to help enable the clients to gain insight and feel listened to. Wellness Retreats enable clients to have a break from their normal routine and step back to reassess. Carmel enjoys using her evidence based program with her clients so that they regain control of their lives and feel more peaceful.
