I am currently a certified Health Coach and an accredited Leadership Coach through Human Synergistics. In the corporate world, I work closely with people leaders to build a more constructive humanistic culture (which in turn impacts directly on the health and wellbeing of the people they lead). There are many areas that I have been able to work with clients to improve their health and well-being which include; gaining a better work-life balance, reducing anxiety and depression, improved nutrition including reducing sugar in diet due to the onset of diabetes and improved sleep. Lifestyle changes such as improved nutrition, sleep, exercise and connection can have a significantly improved impact that is equal to or better than medication (in most situations). I am also studying to become an accredited mental health coach.
