Emma brings a unique approach to health: she really cares about you. She works hard to understand you, and then empowers you to be as healthy as you can be, for the rest of your life. She approaches health holistically to amplify your life: giving you vitality, mobility, joy and strength, while having fun and a few laughs along the way. You can work with Emma in multiple ways – either at venues in Mount Maunganui and Tauranga, attend a class, virtually over zoom, or she can come to your home or office for no additional charge. Emma is passionate about enhancing your entire life by empowering you to be as healthy as you can be, for the rest of your life. Her motto is ‘Health is wealth’. Emma has a special interest in working with the Parkinson’s community and is specifically trained to deliver exercise programmes for this population.
