Hope is a registered Naturopath and Mental Health Coach. She has a holistic approach incorporating nutrition, natural medicine, mental health coaching, and behavior change techniques—such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy—to help people thrive. She’s passionate about all things related to good food, nutrition, and the food-mood connection including the impact gut and hormonal health has on our mental fitness. Hope has worked in the wellness space for 18 years and has a wealth of experience working with clients experiencing a range of different health issues. Her special interest lies in supporting women experiencing burnout, stress, and anxiety and helping them find balance in their lives so they can thrive.
