My journey studying Functional Medicine and becoming a Certified Health Coach, come about through my own personal health problems. As a Registered Nurse with over 30 year’s experience, I’ve walked the path of ill health and testament of the power in changing lifestyle behaviours, habits and mindsets in regaining ‘well health’. I offer consultations from my home base in the beautiful Kiewa Valley, North East Victoria or virtual platform, Zoom. I am a Certified Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner and Fellow of ASLM (Australasian Society Lifestyle Medicine). I also hold qualifications in Holistic Counseling and currently studying a Diploma of Counseling.
