My name is Jola Greenwood and I am a Counselling Psychotherapist with considerable experience. I am also a Wellness Coach and Motivational Mentor.
I work holistically in order to glean the whole entity of the client. Using Mindfulness as one of the tools I teach, I strive to help my clients to establish a ‘psychological sanctuary’ to which they can
retreat at any time of their choosing but especially when life/situations tend to overwhelm. I believe that it is now (more than ever before) imperative for people to have a mental safe haven
to retreat to so they can replenish, relax and re-centre themselves. I also believe this is key to staying emotionally, physically and spiritually balanced.
Passionate about resilience, I empower my clients to achieve goals, change habits, mend relationships and take responsibility for their overall health. My casual, yet professional approach has
seen my clients achieve a level of life balance they never thought possible.
