Kate is a PreKure Certified Health Coach, Registered Midwife, and Maternal Health Researcher with a passion for supporting women throughout the different seasons of their lives. Having experience with many women’s health issues, she understands just how lonely the path can be. She is wholeheartedly committed to all of her clients, and she walks alongside them to guide and empower them to a healthier, more fulfilling path. Shining a light on mental well-being, she especially works on reducing stress and anxiety, building healthy habits and resilience, and improving self-esteem and relationships. Kate specialises in helping women who believe their bodies have betrayed them, reclaim their power, femininity and their trust in themselves as they step forth into a new season of their life.
