My mission is to support smart, busy women who know what’s good for them but aren’t doing it yet, by developing consistent eating and exercise habits, learning strategies for taking control of their time, priorities, and health, so that they can regain energy and enthusiasm to cope with everything that life is throwing at them. I am also the founder of Phillips Equine riding school, having trained both riders and coaches in the equine industry over the past twenty years. My coaching has given me invaluable experience with clients of many types with a wide range of desired outcomes. This has evolved into health and wellness coaching, assisting clients to feel calmer, healthier, and more connected so they can enjoy their best lives
