Olivia graduated as a PreKure Health Coach while employed full time in the corporate sector (experience is with private & council), then began Health Coaching private clients right away after seeing first-hand the need within the current work environment for fellow employees needing support in lifestyle changes, anxiety & stress, fast forward 2yrs and Olivia is now Health Coaching full time. Olivia is particularly interested in the corporate sector, resonating from experience with the demands, stress and commitment required by staff while juggling work-life balance. It is in this space that Olivia is currently focusing her attention. On completion of the Advanced Mental Health Certificate corporate clients will see added value as the qualification has now been recognised and accepted as an EAP & Clearhead approved service.
