I am Shannon, a certified health coach, nutritionist, and personal trainer with a passion for holistic health, primal nutrition, and full-body movement. I believe that living a long, healthy, and happy life is possible when we take a holistic approach to our well-being. I am dedicated to helping people achieve optimal health and longevity through natural, whole-food nutrition and movement practices that support the body’s innate ability to heal and thrive. My own health and wellness journey has revolved around lifelong learning and, like many, trial and error. I served in the New Zealand Army for 12 years and became a health officer, which drove my passion for helping others, and I have dedicated myself to studying and practicing holistic health and wellness. I understand a one-size-fits-all approach to health is not effective and instead, I work with clients to create personalized plans that support their unique needs and goals.
