She is passionate about supporting people to achieve their personal health and wellbeing goals, from wherever they are right now. With over 15 years of experience partnering with people on their journeys toward health, wellbeing and self-expansion as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Consultant, Sonja approaches each session and person with a non-judgemental, empowering approach, acknowledging each individual is the creator of their own life, and the smallest of shifts in perspectives can open new possibilities.
