Susan is a qualified allied health professional and certified health and wellness coach. Her passion is to help people to live a brain-healthy lifestyle. She does this through a mix of evidence-based education and personalised coaching. Susan helps people to be well healthy and to thrive now, and as they age. This in turn helps people to reduce their risk of living with a preventable chronic disease, particularly those that affect the brain. Susan combines her experience, skills, and knowledge, with her caring, compassionate nature to help people to be their best self.
