Suzanne Suter established HEALTH COMMIT when she became a Nutrition, Health and Wellbeing Coach in 2023. Prior to this, Suzanne was a Recreation and Open Space Planner for 30 years, which included developing high level Health Plans and Guidelines. Suzanne is committed to supporting the 50+ age groups to age well and live their life to the fullest. She is placing a particular focus on early healthy ageing to help people establish a pattern of good health for the future.
Suzanne has obtained Nutrition, Health and Wellbeing Coach Certification and is a member of the Health Coaches Australia and New Zealand Association. She also has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Recreation Planning and Management and ran her own recreation planning consultancy for 20 years. Suzanne has achieved various industry awards, including the Parks and Leisure Australia Frank Stewart Distinguished Service Award in 2022.
