Angela Pond has worked in paid and voluntary positions in the field of Allied Health and Sports Coaching for over 25 years. It has been a natural progression to become a Wellness Coach as she is a firm believer in empowering people to thrive in life and that no one is too old to learn and develop new healthy behaviours. She enjoys working with women who are leading organisations and no longer want their work life to mean they need to compromise their health and well-being. Her approach is client centred, helping those who are time poor to create simple and sustainable changes that become part of their daily routine, avoiding the potential of fatigue and lifestyle related health problems.
