Angela Pond has worked in paid and voluntary positions in the field of Allied Health and Sports Coaching for over 25 years. It has been a natural progression to become a Wellness Coach as she is a firm believer in empowering people to thrive in life and that no one is too old to learn and develop new healthy behaviours. She enjoys working with women 25 – 50 whether in person or via Telehealth, specialising in athletes transitioning out of competitive sport and wanting to find a new balance to fitness beyond competition. She is also a qualified counsellor and understands how our past experiences in health and fitness in the early developing years can be rewritten into a new and confident you.
