Kia ora! I’m a qualified Master Health Coach, with a focus on positive lifestyle medicine to support clients to achieve their wellbeing goals. My skillset includes whanau wellness, metabolic health, neurodiversity, natural holistic health, te ao lens, mental health and wellbeing in schools. I am currently practicing in Aotearoa as an Educational Wellbeing & Advocacy Coach. I also run a women’s wellbeing podcast at Enspirited.co.nz. I am passionate about driving better wellness outcomes for school leaders, teachers and students with the charitable trust and school wellbeing provider FLAX, and supporting upcoming coaches as a member of the PREKURE faculty. Alongside coaching, I am qualified and published writer and enjoy spending time in the garden, at the beach, cooking or exploring with my favourite people.
