Ash is a highly experienced health and wellness coach with a background in occupational therapy and over 10 years of experience working as a leader in the injury management and wellbeing space across large organisations. Her roles have primarily involved strategic planning, change management, and team development, with a particular focus on designing and implementing plans to support the recovery and return to pre-injury life for individuals with injuries. Before joining Healthfix, Ash was the national manager for one of Australia’s largest retailers and after seeing the significant impact the workers comp system had on individuals, families, and organisations, Ash became passionate about using an integrated healthcare and bio-psychosocial approach to achieve better health outcomes. As the Director of Healthfix, Ash has brought her big business knowledge and experience working with people with injuries into the company to focus on improving systems across all areas of operations. She is also a certified emotional intelligence coach using the EQ-i 2.0™ & EQ 360 instruments. Her belief in empowering people to take control of their wellbeing journey and putting the client in the driver’s seat of their health is reflected in her approach to coaching. With a strong commitment to improving the lives of individuals, Ash is dedicated to creating significant and lasting change for clients and communities. Personally, Ash’s mission is to help people realise their potential by simply living well, giving them the power to do so by providing the tools, guidance, and knowledge to redefine what is possible for them.
