I am trained in Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Japanese Psychology (Morita Therapy and Naikan), Ikigai, a University qualified Nutritionist, a Certified Personal Trainer and a certified Health Coach (IIN) with over 10 years of experience in the area of behaviour change.
