My name is Clara. I am a GP and Health Coach with a special interest in lifestyle medicine. I have been a GP for over 15 years. Over this time, I have come to realise that there is a better way to prevent and reverse chronic disease and improve quality of life than what the current medical system has to offer. Using a combination of lifestyle medicine and health coaching, my clients will be empowered to find hope in their future. My vision is to help my clients discover their values, create sustainable lifestyle changes and build their confidence to achieve their health goals.
