I have a passion for healthy living particularly around nutrition, gut health, and women’s health. There are many small change’s we can make which have a huge impact on our overall health and wellbeing. I take a holistic approach in my coaching and provide a safe non-judgemental relationship with my clients. Life is full of unavoidable day to day stressors, I help clients build resilience to these stressors through good nourishing nutrition, good sleep habits, enjoyable movement, mindfulness, and self-compassion breaking down the barriers we have to change. I do not endorse diet’s I believe they create feelings of shame, failure, and an unhealthy relationship with food and our bodies, as your coach I will help build education, self-awareness, and strategies so you can create a happier, healthier life.
