Kia ora. My name is Janna Maree. I am a Health coach specialising in providing support for people who have had or are considering bariatric surgery. I am passionate about helping clients find the tools they need to live the life they desire. Often my clients are looking to find ways to achieve sustainable weight loss and/or weight maintenance. I help clients to find their own internal motivation and the confidence in themselves and their abilities so that they can achieve their goals. I help clients find their own sense of balance and peace.
