I am currently a Registered Nurse working in General Practice (GP), since 2001. I completed my Bachelor of Nursing at the University of Newcastle in 1997, commencing my clinical experience at The Maitland Hospital in 1998. After my first child was born in 2001 I began working in GP and have really never stopped. A little agency work here and there, and Clinic Sister at Woodberry Pharmacy. More recently working additional days at the COVID vaccination HUB, Belmont, followed by employment at Nursing and Midwifery Services verifying health university students for clinical placement and being part of the Surge Workforce Team working casual shifts at The Maitland and Kurri Kurri Hospitals. In 2021 I worked in Tennant Creek, Northern Territory administering COVID vaccinations. In 2020 I completed my Professional Certificate in Wellness and Coaching. I love using my coaching skills in my work environment and in everyday life. In October 2022 I furthered my studies completing my endorsement as a Level 1 Precision Health Alliance Health Coach, and about to start a small business. I live and breathe great health and want to help others on their own wellness journey.
