Kelly’s passion lies in helping people address all aspects of their health and wellbeing to create a strong foundation for a flourishing life. She has a keen interest in helping patients understand and manage stress, listen to their body’s cues, and create new lifestyle habits that serve wellness. Working as part of the Health Coach team at Melbourne Functional Medicine Kelly loves to support and encourage individuals to achieve their health goals. As a facilitator of change, Kelly teaches and supports individuals and groups a transformative and holistic approach to stress relief and health management. Her goal is to share knowledge, inspiration, and practical tools that can alleviate the unnecessary stress and suffering that so many people experience. To support human flourishing, from the inside out she uses a harmonious blend of Nutrition and Health Coaching, Intuitive Energy Therapy, HeartMath Stress and Anxiety Regulation amongst other modalities. “In our fast-paced lives, it’s easy to overlook the signals our bodies are sending us.
