After an extensive career as a Pharmacist, I have finally found my FLOW (and purpose) ! Combining my experience as a health professional with a focus on lifestyle, nutritional and environmental medicine – I am so excited that I can finally “help”. Wellbeing means different things to different people and implementing and identifying change is the hardest.
