With a strong interest in the mind and body connection, I enjoy coaching women with complaints of brain fog, distraction, and mental fatigue to sharpen focus, find clarity and become more present. After spending many years working on the frontline of the healthcare industry as an accredited Exercise Physiologist, I became frustrated and de-motivated when prescribing exercise programs that were not often adhered to. This sparked a keen interest to learn more about motivation, transformation and the process of change. With more than 15years experience working in the field of chronic disease and refined skills in applying principles of motivational interviewing, positive Psychology and appreciative enquiry, I currently work with private clients and allied health professionals. My coaching style takes an individualised approach and assists with dreaming big, establishing patterns for success, maximising performance and creating long-term sustainable changes in order to achieve all that is important to the individual.
