Together with her husband, Linda opened her own studio and expanded her services to specifically help busy women lay a strong foundation for healthy aging. She focuses on five key pillars: nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and relationship connections. Linda’s mission is to guide individuals through the challenges of perimenopause and menopause, providing them with the support and guidance they need to achieve their health and wellness goals in their 40s, 50s, and beyond.
