Necessity turned to curiosity, to a career change, further study and now my daily journey towards optimal health and wellness. I wanted to resolve the health challenges experienced by my children.

I am passionate, open-minded and curious about all things health, wellness and the mind and body connection.

As a Functional Medicine Health Coach, I love supporting clients on their journey towards a richer, more balanced, “well” life.  Towards the best version of themselves.

I have a very holistic view of health and prescribe a philosophy of balance and “whole self” care.

Wholefoods and traditional nutrition is a key piece to explore when it comes to the wellness puzzle. I also support clients to explore stressors, stress management practices, sleep, relaxation, mindset, emotions, connection to purpose and supportive relationships as critical pieces in their health and wellness puzzle.

ALL of these “modifiable” lifestyle factors directly contribute to our overall feeling of health, wellness.
