As a Health and Wellness Coach, I would love to support you to take control of your brain health. The greatest risk for Alzheimer’s disease is age. The best prevention for Alzheimer’s disease is a healthy, active and connected lifestyle. Through my lived experience, I am particularly interested in supporting people who are concerned about their cognition and want to improve their brain health.
In supporting a loved one with Younger Onset Dementia, I have a wealth of knowledge, experience and empathy that I can offer. I will support you to set goals for the future where you are making the most of your life and staying as healthy and active as possible to ensure that your brain is getting the oxygen, nutrition, stimulation and rest that it needs. I will support you to stay ‘on track’ to making these goals a reality. I am also a qualified Social Worker with over 30 years’ experience in working in the community and developing local health and wellbeing initiatives.
