I have three decades of experience in counselling and coaching in 30 countries. With an emphasis on interrelated contexts (sleep, nutrition, movement, relationships) I strive to understand the environment and motivations of those he works with. Added to my practical experience I have a BA in Psychology and am presently in the research phase of my Masters of Health Psychology.
