If you knew you could have fun with your wellbeing – why wouldn’t you? Sharon has been helping people get through the dark places in life and find creative, fun ways to get -and stay – healthy since the early 1990s. From personal coaching to personal training, she takes a whole person, evidence-based approach, helping you gain clarity and develop strategies to address your nutrition, exercise, mental and emotional health. She has a passion for mid-life women, who are open to giving things a go – those who are brave enough to realise what’s not working, and open enough to try new things until they find what aligns with their values and lifestyle. She believes no woman should have to struggle alone during the pivotal life-phase of peri and post-menopause. And works with individuals and groups to help them bust through barriers and make positive, sustainable changes they actually enjoy.
