I am a first-generation Malaysian Chinese immigrant, raised in New Zealand. I grew up embracing both cultures. This included a wholistic and energetic approach to living as my father taught Tai Chi and Chi Gong for over 30 years. This diversity also meant a curiosity for food and different lifestyles which led me to become a trusted business consultant with 20 years of experience within the food and healthcare industry. I thrive on being adaptable and helping individuals take charge of their wellbeing, keeping it simple and sustainable to be healthier with more joy and balance. I focus on the whole person using different tools including eastern, science backed approaches (food and lifestyle) to live better and improve mental fitness. I am a PreKure Certified Health Coach, Certified Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and have a Bachelor of Technology (Food Technology).
