As a pharmacist and health coach, Therese facilitates your why, helps you dig deeper into what’s holding you back and supports you to create sustainable change so you can reach your health goals. She has a special interest in reversing and preventing chronic disease through diet, lifestyle and nutrition. Her own health journey has opened her eyes to the strengths and weakness of mainstream as well as alternative therapies. Her philosophy is to treat the root cause of the condition, utilising all therapies. Her health coaching sessions are available via Zoom or TeleHealth, Therese can work out a schedule that suits you!
