Hi! I’m a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and Integrative Practitioner (of various modalities to do with the brain and emotional health) who is passionate about helping you uncover, understand and address root causes of ill health, to empower and enable you with tools to make changes towards improved physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Due to my life experiences and personal wellness journey, I am drawn to root-cause and lifestyle-based medicine, and I also worked in the corporate world for 25 years, thus being able to understand the challenges it might bring to some.
I have a special interest and experience in helping those with anxiety, stress, fatigue, burnout, emotional setbacks, or conditions like autoimmune illness, diabetes, blood sugar dysfunction, insulin resistance, food intolerances & sensitivities, gastrointestinal and neurological conditions. My approach is multi-faceted, utilising complementary modalities where required, and highly personalised for the individual.
