Kia Ora, My name is Alejandra Castañeda. I am a Certified Mental Health Coach with a background in Psychology. Originally from East Los Angeles, California, I moved to Aotearoa – New Zealand in 2020 ; currently residing in Northland with my family. I am fortunate to be a part of a great team at New Focus NZ providing career and wellbeing services to the community in Whangārei.
I am here to meet you where you are and be beside you on your journey to where you want to be. My experience as a migrant and witnessing my parents experience as migrants has given me a deep passion in helping individuals navigate and find community when confronted with change and challenges. My purpose is to remain curious and be a beneficial partner in your wellbeing journey.
