Ellie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Health Coach who enjoys working with clients to empower them to improve their health, nutrition and overall quality of life. Utilising her experience in clinical dietetics, together with a coaching approach, she works with her clients to help them create and achieve sustainable goals.
