Hi, I’m Gina, Health Coach and mother to three energetic young boys. I grew up in the UK and USA and moved to South Africa at the age of 17. After getting married and having children we made the move over to New Zealand where we are now based. Going through pregnancy and having young children I became more and more interested not only in the impact food has on our bodies and overall wellbeing but the rituals and norms we teach our children as a society, which they internalise and take with them into adulthood. This connection between Psychology and Nutrition is what brought me to Health Coaching, which I absolutely love. Helping clients to shift perspectives and create new habits, empowering them to lead happier healthier lives is amazing. I feel so lucky to be able to be part of their wellness journey.
