Previously working under a collaborative and holistic family-centred care model as a paediatric nurse, I take a whole-person approach and work in collaboration with you, identifying areas that you would like to work on, making small incremental changes towards your healthier lifestyle and supporting you in developing your toolbox of strategies and tools.
