My commitment to nurturing health and providing holistic support led me to expand my expertise into lifestyle, nutritional and environmental medicine, health coaching and behavioural change. I’m also in my last year of a masters in neuroscience degree. By delving a little further into the complexities of the brain and mind, I’ve gained a deeper understanding of how we may support our responses to life’s stressors, such as with good nutrition, stress management, building emotional resilience, and supporting cognitive enhancement.
