With a background as a dedicated Registered Nurse, I’ve garnered 18 years of experience at the forefront of patient care and education. My commitment to nurturing health and providing holistic support led me to expand my expertise into lifestyle, nutritional and environmental medicine, health coaching and behavioural change. I’m also in my last year of a masters in neuroscience degree. By delving a little further into the complexities of the brain and mind, I’ve gained a deeper understanding of how we may support our responses to life’s stressors, such as with good nutrition, stress management, building emotional resilience, and supporting cognitive enhancement. My coaching approach is all about merging the worlds of healthcare, health coaching, and scientific exploration through neuroscience to empower and support individuals in their pursuit of optimal health and vitality.
