Shivaun is a Health Coach, Certified Trainer & Assessor, Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), Accredited Nutritionist (AN), Director of Discovery Health Coaching, Director of Accredited Health Coaching Australia, and Vice President of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine. Shivaun has worked for 17 years as a dietitian and presenter, and 10 years as a health coach. She currently coaches individuals in nutrition and lifestyle, trains practitioners in health behaviour change, and develops nutrition and health coaching programs across a range of sectors. Shivaun co-authored Victoria University Polytechnic’s Health Coaching Diploma and is a current lecturer. She delivers online health coaching training courses to health professionals via Accredited Health Coaching Australia, and regularly presents at health and training conferences around Australia.
