One of the undeniable revelations to come from COVID 19 lockdowns and other restrictions has been raising the collective awareness that many in our communities are struggling with the added stress. Even those who would normally cope with stress have been really challenged. Just ask an extravert how they are going. While H&W coaches are hyperaware that everyone is different and there is no single formula or ‘fairy dust’ that suits everyone, we know that some fundamental things can be applied creatively with endless combinations. We can do these as a normal part of our lives that allows all of us to enhance mental wellbeing.
